Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery times
Netherlands: 3-7 business days
Rest of EU: 5-10 business days

Shipping costs
Free shipping on orders over €50
€4.95 flat rate for orders under €50

Carriers
We work with a combination of PostNL and international courier partners, depending on destination.

International shipping
We currently ship within the European Union only.

Lost or delayed packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of the estimated delivery window, contact us at info@onrique.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
